Truzania decided to make Halloween its national holiday. Scaring people became a respected and fun pasttime. They acquired quite a reputation. In an effort to scare even more people, they developed nuclear weapons and threatened to use them. It backfired when the less scary countries ganged up and bombed Truzania back to the Stone Age.
