The only problem I have with this book I have with other books of this... ilk. In five years, it'll seem a bit dated. In ten, apallingly out of date. Can't be helped. Actually, there are already spots that seem awkward, in a technical sense. Particularly mentions of things happening in powers of two. That's a bit out of place. As my friend Tedd said -- in ten years, this is going to be outdated. Now, that aside, it's a fun story and I can't help it, but it reminds me of Dad's Nuke by Marc Laidlaw, which if you haven't read, you should or you'll die almost certainly unfulfilled. I can say this -- I'm going to be a little more vicious if the pizza delivery is late and if you read the book, you'll know what I mean.
