Edward Martin III in his second costume of the evening: The Green Switch. He claims he is part of the Green Lantern, but after checking his references, we find no mention of him in the literature, which leads us to a wholly different conclusion.
Evidently, he has been turned off in this photo -- much to our pleasure, as he is quite yappy otherwise.
