Burying Charlie is a contemporary adventure about four strangers who meet for the first time at the funeral of a mutual friend. Fulfilling his final wishes sends them on a harrowing journey of exploration and a fiery confrontation on the lip of a volcano.
I push this on occasion at screenwriting gigs. I think it's a neat movie and challenges the things people will do when faced with bizarre situations. When I was a little kid, I was told that, if you have something specified in your Will, that those requests take priority over anything else. I've since learned that such is not necessarily the case, it's still a neat and romantic thing: fulfilling someone's last wishes.
I made a little promotional poster for Burying Charlie, which you can download, print, and frame.
