Guerrilla Productions Newsletter -- December 14, 2004
Would you like to receive our somewhat-regular (well, roughly once a month) announcements via e-mail? It's a text-only list, maintained by me and I don't sell or do anything stupid with it other than the Guerrilla Productions announcements. If so, sign up here!
"So, this zombie walks into a bar and says..." Wait-a-sec! Zombies?! What in the name of the living undead is going on here?!
Welcome dreamers, to December 2004's installment of Guerrilla Productions' no-actually-it-IS-somewhat-monthly-now newsletter, filled with delicious tidbits from here, there, and everywhere.
"Flesh of my Flesh"

Action! We are in production on this bad boy of a movie. Third shoot this morning and plenty more where THAT came from! Check out the website for details of the production, downloadable goodies, including a link to join the Yahoo Group to more closely follow and discuss the movie. Do you live in the Portland, OR area and want to be a zombie for one of our shoots? Join the Yahoo group -- because that's where we look for them!
Did you know that there's still time to Christmas shop and help support our movie? I figured you did, but just in case: http://www.cafepress.com/GuerrillaProd/
"The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak"
http://www.petting-zoo.org/OrderForm.html
The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak is our latest DVD release. The Fun-Pak includes a collection of short movies by Guerrilla Productions, including many never-before-released pieces. Forty minutes of shorts -- hilarious, frightening, and weird -- plus lots of extra stuff, such as slideshows, music-only tracks, commentary tracks, subtitles, and more. One particular gem on this is the complete musical soundtrack for Guerrilla Productions' award-winning short movie The Testament of Tom Jacoby. This haunting score is more than twenty minutes long, a far cry from the eight minutes used in the actual movie. The first 1000 copies sold of the Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak will be autographed, so now is the time to order 'em! (evidently, I've forgotten how much of a pain in the butt 1000 autographs can be). Alas, it doesn't look likely that we'll be shipping out in time for Christmas, but the happy grinning skull will be a great way to welcome in the New Year! The DVDs will be region 0.
"Innsmouth Legacy"

Innsmouth Legacy is now for sale as a part of the Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak! (http://www.petting-zoo.org/OrderForm.html).
Film Festival time!
If you live in the Portland, OR area, "Innsmouth Legacy" is appearing as a part of Gore-O-Rama A-Go-Go 2: Seasons Bleedings Film Festival on December 18! Check it out on the big screen: http://www.seasonsbleedings.com/. Another one of our movies is showing here, too, the hilarious and very rare comedy short "Con of the Dead". You can't miss that on the big screen, I assure you!
"The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath"

The reprint is still on the horizon, but much closer. Most of the edits are completed and we're hoping to wrap it all up by the end of the year, which means that we'll be going back to print to welcome 2005.
Now, whatever you do, don't dream about voracious flesh-hungry predators. ;)
Talk to you next month!
Cheers,
Edward
