Guerrilla Productions: Newsletter

Guerrilla Productions Newsletter -- September 21, 2004

Would you like to receive our somewhat-regular (well, roughly once a month) announcements via e-mail? It's a text-only list, maintained by me and I don't sell or do anything stupid with it other than the Guerrilla Productions announcements. If so, sign up here!

Greetings, Dreamers!

Welcome to the irregular newsletter from Guerrilla Productions.

"Innsmouth Legacy"
http://www.petting-zoo.org/Movies_Innsmouth.html
Let me tell you something about Innsmouth Legacy: This is one of our best shorts ever! Innsmouth Legacy is complete and it looks and sounds absolutely fabulous. It will be premiering at the H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival on the weekend of October 1-3. Do check out the Film Festival's website for scheduling information: http://www.hplfilmfestival.com. So please come watch our film, support the film festival, and have a fabulous time watching other people's films as well!

Thank you to everybody who helped put this movie together. I plan to distribute comp copies to you as soon as I'm done making them -- you'll like these DVDs -- lots of extras!

Speaking of extras, I need someone who can do good translation from English to French and Polish. It's pretty simple text and I can send you a copy of the DVD when I'm done with it in exchange. I wouldn't mind someone doing a Klingon transaltion, either. That would be cool.

"The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath"

We knew it was going to happen! The limited edition signed and numbered DVDs of The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath are sold out. We still have unlimited copies of the VHS. We plan to repress a new batch of DVDs, and are already in the middle of a variety of changes. Stay tuned to this announcements list for the news on that.

"Flesh of my Flesh"
http://www.petting-zoo.org/Movies_Flesh.html
Get ready for Guerrilla Productions next feature film. Flesh of my Flesh is an action-packed rollercoaster ride of a movie, featuring more exciting zombie action than you can shake a stick at. And I mean a really big stick, too! We're just starting out, which means there's plenty of opportunities to help, and boy do we need help with this bad boy of a movie. Check out the webpage!

"ReCreation"
http://www.petting-zoo.org/Movies_ReCreation.html
The nice thing about such a small movie is that although last time, it was only just starting up, now it's all complete and done. We've already sent it out to a few film festivals and a complimentary DVD will be going out soon to everybody who worked on it. Thank you especially to Mad Martian and Jason Custer who had to learn their lines under fire!

"A Perfect Mate"
http://www.petting-zoo.org/Movies_Mate.html
Ah, this weird little sci-fi comedy came together like lightning one night! It's out at a few festivals, no word back.

"Shadowdog"
http://www.petting-zoo.org/Movies_Shadowdog.html
This goofy little bumper will also be premiering at the 2004 H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival. Don't blink or you'll miss it!

Okay, enough news, I gotta get back to doing Unspeakable Things.

Have fun, dream vividly, and wake up wondering if you're still asleep!

Cheers,

Edward
